Me and my husband are first time home buyers attempting to find a middle ground between our jobs (Tampa and Polk County - yikes!) We had been trying on our own to find a house but were so unsuccessful and any time we liked a house it got snatched up immediately.Kate was able to steer us in the right direction to find a brand new building in a new neighborhood with every feature we wanted!
