My love for real estate started over 40 years ago with a fixer-upper that became a valuable income property. Since that first experience, I have seen how smart real estate decisions can grow wealth. Helping clients buy, sell, and invest in their homes is my passion, and I enjoy guiding people to make decisions that benefit them today and in the future.

Having lived in Tampa Bay for 38 years, I know the neighborhoods, schools, and market trends inside and out.
